Planning Board
The Planning Board (/planning) organizes your actionable tasks into columns by context mode.
Layout
Five columns, one per context mode:
- Desk Work — computer-based tasks
- Errands — out-of-home tasks
- House & Yard — physical home tasks
- Phone & Admin — call and admin tasks
- Flexible — tasks that fit anywhere
Each column shows:
- Task count
- Total estimated effort (minutes)
- Compact task cards with title, priority, and effort
Tasks without a context mode appear in an "Unset" section below the columns.
How to Use
- Open the Planning Board from the sidebar.
- Switch your active context mode to highlight the column you're working on.
- Identify batching opportunities — multiple tasks in the same column can be done together.
- Click any task card to view its detail page.
